Court Gives Custody Of Britney Spears' Children To Ex-Husband Federline

A court ruling ordered sole and legal custody of Britney Spears' two little children to ex-husband Kevin Federline and suspended the pop star's visitation rights.

The ruling was issued Friday after Spears refused to returned the children to Federline after a court-monitored visit. Federline was previously been awarded temporary custody of two little boys, Sean Preston(2 year-old)and Jayden James(one-year-old).

Another hearing was set to be held Jan.14

I can't believe how uncompassionate and uncaring family courts can be. Britney's got the money to be a real good mum. And boys need their mum around. No-one is giving her a chance. I bet Kev doesn't sing them to sleep at night like Britney would. If he plays her songs on CD to help them get to sleep at night, then fair enough. Sort of. But won't that just make them hug their CD players and grow up really warped thinking he's imprisoned their mum in a plastic box? They might even see her on an MTV clip and think she's really in the room. I wouldn't put it past him to do that just to unstabilise them. No wonder she wouldn't give them back. He's a turd. The only real solution to all this is, they should both go to Scientology marriage counselling and audting together, not live apart. And if they can't work out their problems, then foster their children out to Brad and Angela or Tom and Katie, shoot each other in a double-suicide pact and be remembered as great caring parents. Britney could even be considered a female Kurt Nirvana. It's high time people laid off celebrities like Britney and realise she is a role model for young people, and that's why so many young girls want to be like her. How about giving her some credit? It's not like she's a Spice Girl / Woman. And her mum is really nice. The way she helped Britney get where she is is something most parents only dream of. I wish she was my mum.
