Engagement of Salma Hayek To Francois-Henri Pinault Cancelled

The Mexican-born Salma Hayek has called off her engagement to French businessman Fracois-Henri Pinault, her representative said Friday.
In March 2007, the couple announced their wedding plans, and have a daughter, Valentira Paloma Pinault, several months later.
"We are sad to announce the engagement of Salma Hayek and Francois-Henri Pinault has been cancelled," said publicist Cari Ross in a statement." Ross saiid.
Salma Hayek is one of the executive producers of ABC's "Ugly Betty" and the chief executive of Ventanazul, a production company she formed with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayes Inc.
Pinault is the CEO of the luxury goods company PPRSA, which own high-end labels such as Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga and Puma.
