Fabulous Alphabet Party Invitations
July 2nd 2010 02:39
party is..." Invitations also create excitement as guests look forward to attending a party. Now, of course, your little 1-year-olds won't experience any of these sensations, but their parents will. They will anxiously look forward to bringing their child to the party. So, let's get start by getting everyone in the Alphabet Birthday Party mood!
GUEST LIST
Consider the size of your home. Be sure you can accommodate everyone you intend on inviting--little ones, parents, siblings, etc. Also, your home may be baby-proof for one child, but make sure it will suffice for several. Above all, insure you will have sufficient help with all the toddlers you plan on inviting.
PARTY PARTICULARS
Be sure your invitations provide all the necessary party particulars. Birthday child's name, age, time party starts and ends, date, location, (directions, if needed), and party theme. Be sure to provide RSVP info, which includes a contact name, phone number, and response date.
SPECIAL PARTY PARTICULARS
Be sure to include any special instructions. For example, you might want everyone to bring a high chair, which would keep all your little guests contained when it comes time to eat. If you're having any water activities, you might tell everyone to bring a bathing suit and towel.
Here's some Alphabet Party invitation ideas to help get your creative juices flowing:
INITIAL INVITATIONS - Cut out of primary-colored card stock, the initials of the birthday child. On one side put all the party details and on the reverse side, decorate the edges with glitter.
