Katie Holmes Goes Back To TV oN 'Eli Stone'

Katie Holmes, formers "Downson's Creek", goes back to her TV roots with a guest role on "Eli Stone" this fall.

The idea of getting Holmes came from Greg Berlanti, who was a producer on "Downson's Creek and executive producer of ABC's drama. He said 'I went and begged her and she said, 'I'd love to," Berlanti told his fellow producers.


Berlanti called Holmes "am incredible actress and a good friend."
