L’ Oreal Heiress Refused Medical Tests

France’s richest woman and L’Oreal heiress Liliane Bettencourt, refused to undergo a medical tests in order to determine whether or not she was in a weak state when she lavished a friend with gifts and cash worth $ 1.44 billion.
The medical test was supposed to be carried out before March 10 following a court order for the 87-year-old Bettencourt to undergo the test before the April trial of her friend, Francois Marie Barnier. Her 62-year –old photographer friend faces exploitation charges filed by Bettencourt’s daughter alleging that Barnier took advantage of the elderly billionaire’s fragility to milk money from her.
