The Iron Man is not only a blockbuster but is also one of the most entertaining films ever made about the superhero. The plot is the standard action comic fare. Rich, self-centered young man finds himself in a life or death situation. He has experienced evil and non wants to dedicate his life to saving the world. Thus Iron Man is born.
Robert Downey Jr., the brave choice for the role, carried and took care 90 percent of the movie. He is simply a great actor as Tony Stark, a witty playboy, inventor and arms manufacturer who listens to ACIDC, has lots money and women around him. Until he become the victim of his work. He was demonstrating his latest bomb in Afghanistan when he is kidnapped by terrorists and forced to show them how to make one of his weapons. His narrow escape and the experience of meetimg somebody willing to sacrifice himself for the greater good, forced him to invent a device, that enable him to fly and turns himself into Iron Man.
